Adam Honan FCCA CPA CTA ADIT

Adam is the managing director of Millview Advisory and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor.

Adam also holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Adam has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of taxation across all tax heads. He advises high net worth individuals, family offices and senior executives on transaction structuring, succession planning, extracting wealth from companies, relocating abroad and investment structures.

He advises both domestic and international corporate clients on corporate structuring and restructuring, foreign direct investment, structuring intellectual property, holding companies and international tax planning. He also advises other professional firms including accountancy firms, financial advisors, fiduciaries and solicitors.

Adam holds a Diploma with distinction in Corporate Finance and also leads the corporate finance practice. He advises on mergers and acquisitions and has acted as lead advisor in numerous mid-market domestic and cross border transactions including sell-side transactions, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs debt raises and capital raises.

In addition, he advises on valuations, due-diligence assignments, venture capital and tax structuring for corporate transactions. He works with numerous family offices advising their venture and private equity vehicles on a range of transactions.

Adam holds a number of Non-Executive Directorship roles.

Cliona Crowe

Cliona is a tax manager in Millview Advisory and is a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor.

Cliona advises clients across all tax heads and has extensive experience in personal taxes and corporate taxes.

She advices on both domestic and international tax planning, corporate reorganisations, succession planning and international relocations.

In addition, Cliona oversees personal tax compliance for a high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients with complex filing requirements.

Adam Fleming

Adam is a corporate finance associate in Millview Advisory and holds a Master of Science in Finance from Trinity College Dublin. Adam has a diverse background in corporate finance, equity fundraising, blockchain strategy and investment analysis.

Adam advises on mid-market domestic and cross border transactions including sell-side transactions, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, debt raises and equity raises. He also has vast experience on venture capital fundraising and family office investing.
In addition, Adam works on due-diligence assignments and valuations.

Prior to joining Millview Advisory, Adam was head of equity fundraising and blockchain strategy for ASX Sports, where he led the fundraising efforts for the company’s equity initiatives.

Hazel Kelly

Hazel is the Executive Assistant at Millview Advisory and supports the leadership team in the smooth running of the day-to-day business within the firm.

With over 15 years of experience in large accounting, banking and educational institutions, Hazel is able to adapt her skills to meet the needs of our senior management team and clients.
